I found it time consuming entering everything I ate into this journal. I really tried to stop myself from snacking on everything, as I usually do, because I knew that I would have to enter it into my diet journal. Maybe this is just what I needed to stop myself from eating food I don't need! I'm proud of the fact that I exercised today and ate less. I found myself less fatigued and irritable. I am going to attempt to go to bed earlier tonight. Better for my cortisol levels.
