Grr...Cut those carbs girl! My Dr had me doing 50g carbs or less a day. I'm down 105lbs in less than a year! You can do it! Google KETO or LCHF recipes and KETO on!

Ketosis is dangerous. Ketosis: A life-threatening buildup of certain acids (ketones) in the blood. Please eat at LEAST 50g of carbs, 130g is recommended. Reduce calorie intake overall to lose weight.

KETOSIS: is a metabolic process that occurs when the body does not have enough glucose for energy. Ketosis leads to Ketoacidocis. If you agree one is dangerous I don't see why you don't agree the other is.
