Weight stayed the same this morning, which is surprising considering the amount of almonds I ate yesterday. The package is almost gone and I will be glad when the temptation is removed. I should be cleaning house instead of being on the computer, but I broke 4 (count em...4!) fingernails while cleaning yesterday, so now I'm pouting.

Love almonds. Well done though on the weight. I've had just one of those days..maybe I'm eating too many almonds too. But they're having an adverse effect 😨
