I got my kitchen scale! Another eye opener. Why didn't I ever get one before? Now it won't matter if the recipes are in oz, grams, cups, or tsp. I've also decided not to worry too much about daily ups and downs right now, as long as the trend is down. Oh yes, I totally fell off the wagon yesterday. It wasn't worth it. I took a photo too, but I'm too shy to publish it. Sigh. I'll be glad later. Today I begin the keto diet more formally. Grocery shopping for the week today! I bought a kitchen scale and it had been extremely helpful. I can't seem to give up potato chips, and with the scale, I can measure a 1 oz serving. It's more than I thought it would be. The scale keeps me honest. :)

I shop on line for groceries - it's delivered on a Wednesday morning. I usually make the order out on a Thursday, spend all week adding little treats and then on a Tuesday afternoon go through and take them all off again.
