Changes in the WOE are pretty good. I'm feeling much better and have more energy. Life is good. Hubby's numbers are really coming down to be a lot more in the normal range. YaHoo!!!! He has lost a couple of pounds and mine is right between 144.8 - 145.8. It's all good. Not really in it to lose weight, more just to feel better and stay healthy. Hope all are well. :)
