I think the next thing I will try to tackle is my coffee habit- if I could cut down or out my morning coffee it would help with my fat and calorie intake. That would allow me to actually eat more filling food- we will see how I do on the scale and see if this is something I am truly willing to give up- :( I love my morning coffee :)
