Yes! Man, I love snacking at night, and the first 5 days or so felt like torture. I went to sleep every night feeling like I was starving, even though I knew I wasn't. It's gotten so much better, and I can't wait for it to totally go away.

One think I find that really works, is to find something to keep your hands busy in the evening. It is really hard to crochet, scrapbook, etc. and eat cheezies at the same time!! :)

Good idea- I'm a cross stitcher, but man, I haven't done that in awhile. I guess it's worthwhile to pick it back up :)
