Saturday Jan. 23, 2010

Today is my 3rd. week on this diet. Had breakfast late (10:30 am) with it being on a weekend and the weekend is the only time my ole' man is off of work so I sleep in with him a few extra hours. I cleaned the kitchen and straightend the living room. Then I went for a 1 mile walk and I also walked back around just half way. I didn't do any other excercising today, just spent the rest of the day spending time with my son and ole' man.

I eat late many days for different reasons, so this becomes brunch to me, which makes it easy to get may carbs in. I kind of like brunch what about you? I too am in my 3rd week of atkins, weighed today and have lost 8 lbs. jayjay :)
