okay so I kind of blew it today- had a candy bar- but it was a stressful day- kids are being naughty and I was looking for an excuse- guess there goes my 152 but one day doesn't have to blow it all out of the water- it was one candy bar- I just need to have a good dinner and water the rest of the night-

Thats the biggest mistake I make. I feel like I blew it and give up entirely, instead of just putting it behind me and moving on! So good job on realizing that it was only one candy bar, and not the end of the world! Great job on the weight loss!

thank you- :) need another way while I am at work to give myself a break without grabbing chocolate or food- I am in Colorado so a walk outside isn't always the best way- not sure what is-
