Just got back from a nice little walk. 4mph average speed according to my phone. I was just walking with my son and dog not pushing. I need my treadmill fixed or replaced still.
I made a nice pot of chicken bone broth today. I still love my pressure cooker. After boiling it down a little bit I got about 6 quarts. I had bought chicken wings for dinner and cut the tips off to add to the broth along with some chicken feet and a few packages of chicken thigh bones (I prepped whole thighs and froze the chicken meat, I still have the skin to make crisps). My darling husband texted me (2 hours after I started marinating the chicken) to not cook dinner he was bringing home 2 pizza pies. Ugh, thanks honey. My son had 3 slices of pizza and a bunch of chicken wings still. To be 15 and a bottomless skinny pit. They still have enough for lunch and dinner tomorrow.
I still have to finish putting the broth away yet but that shouldn't take too long.
