this weeks focus will be on moving more- worked out both Saturday and Sunday, my legs are super tight today- but the good kind of sore- brought my stuff to work out at lunch- then I will try to squeeze in one more 20 session when I get home tonight- I will see if my husband and kids let me- lol- We have a new company working our lunch room today, it is funny the rush and buzz about food- I tried there yogurt and it was pretty yucky so I am happy at all the money and calories I am going to save not going down there. :) now I just have to work on kicking the coffee habit and bam! my butt will instantly be small- right?! LOL
