17 HOUR NO CARB RIDE..goood friday morning..burn baby burn..burn that fat off..only was able to do a 12 mile ride..rode 55.2 miles in last 3 days..an im sure more this afternoon after i get food in me an have the energy to do more..got my new saddle yesterday an put it on yesterday afternoon...did an 8 mile try it out an see how it feels ride..was comfy..put on my new riding bibs this morning an as i was sitting on new saddle was thinking...all right..this is nice..but after mile 9 i could feel the no carbs in the tummy feeling..so pushed a few more and shut down at 12 for now...

lookin like its gonna be another cold day today...40 now with a wind chill of 35..even a frost advisory for tonight..goood maybe it will slow down the grass growing for a week or 2..even though i already cut it last week cause it needed a trim...

gonna make cauliflower pizza crust today...something different to eat on over next few days..trying to decide on if i want to do walmart this morning after the sun gets awake...or wait till sunday morning..not out of anything really ...just get it over with..

WELL COFFEE LATTE IS GONE..NEED TO GET OUTTA WET CLOTHES..CHANGE INTO DRY WARM ONES...HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTTT DAY...KEEP AT IT...

sure..snow outside is ok with me...i ride inside using a trainer..so dont matter to me...lol
