17 HOUR FAST FOR ME IS NORMAL...goood saturday morning..after my ride yesterday i never regained any energy..even though i proteined right after ride..an then i had carbs shortly after..was like i was fighting off something..just had no pep at all..had a whole bag of cauliflower an a piece of chicken cut up in it..and that did seem to help..but was just so tired all day..slept part of the morning..woke up at noon..only to finally go an crawl in bed at 1pm..an slept for another 2 hours..bout 4pm started perking up..but from waist down..just wasnt alot of get up an go..at 7pm..my normal go to bed time i went back in layed back down an was out once again..slept most of the nite..till 3am..an was ready to get up an ride an get my workout over with..but gonna take today off an just rest or...rest until i get bored...lol..started on Echinacea yesterday soon as i felt like i was fighting something off..trying to build up my immune system as fast as i could..feelin more emergy today..but still like im fighting something off...

needless to say didnt get cauliflower pizza made yesterday..gonna try an get that done today along with carmel fat bombs..easy to make..cant stay out of em..they just melt in your mouth..

have started using loseit..just to see if its more accurate in exercise calories..it does sync with strava..which syncs with zwift..so it does track calories better then fatsecret...so i have a better idea of what im really working off..just need to get my food into menus to make it easier to set up each day..has my at like 2000 calories..only way i can eat that many is invite someone over to eat the extra i dont ...

well coffee latte is gone..as usual when i have my coffee then appetite seems to disappear for a couple of hours..a good thing..an a bad thing..means meals will be running 2 hours later..

another cold morning here..37..think we had frost last night ..had been freeze warning posted for last night..havent looked out..just know furnace is running alot..

WELL...HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY..AND KEEP IT MOVING..STICK WITH WHAT WORKS FOR YOU..AN IF ITS NOT WORKING..YOU EITHER NEED TO TWEAK YOUR FOOD MENU..OR CHANGE TO A PLAN THAT DOES WORK FOR YOU..MIGHT BE AS SIMPLE AS MOVING AROUND MORE...

thanks everyone...feelin better...made fat bombs today..an soaked up some sun...tried out my new joe blow air pump...wow...like night and day between that one an the old one i was using...good ole nashbar...can say enough about them..the bib shorts fit just fine..the seat feels so nice...looking forward to next purchase..although im not sure what it might be..im pretty well set..have new gator skin tires, new air pump, new seat, new bib shorts, new jersey, extra tubes..tire fix packet, new usb front an rear lights..new cateye gps speedometer/distance meter..not to much else i need to get this summer started..o glen...do you use strava to track your routes...
