I need to snack I need to snack I need to snack. This whole no-snack thing I'm trying ISN'T WORKING! I know snacking is good for you, but not when you're a snack-a holic and you sit next to a pile of food in your office every day!!! Every time I get the urge to snack, I write it down on a white board next to me, and I already have written on it 7 times this morning!! AGHHH! I need to snack!!!!! I'm afraid that even if I have one, I will keep stuffing food in my face! It's what I typically do.

Snacks are tough I love them too. Heat snack I found is turkey pepperoni, cheese on a wheat thin cracker. It has the sweet and salty taste you crave plus its healthy and low calorie. try it!

I'm a big snacker too...I've been pretty good at work by just bringing the food I'm allowed to eat. I calculate the calories before I leave for work and only bring what I've allotted. I find that if I bring a few things to eat over the whole day I feel like I'm snacking without sabotaging myself. For example, today I brought 2 bananas, an english muffin and two thin slices of cheese (to melt on the muffin), a granny smith apple, canned vegetables, 3 dill pickles, a fat free choc pudding cup, and some portioned out pretzel sticks. Total 800 calories which leaves me about 500 calories for dinner, which works for me.
