I am doing really well...but every once in awhile I say, "WHAT THE &*(%&(*& and GO FOR IT!". I am down to 161.2 which is better than up...my pants are actaully somewhat LOOSE!!!!It's all in my tummy and it is nice not to have my pants cutting off the circulation in my gut! I am sorry I haven't been around...MY COMPUTER crapped the bed last week and I was barely able to get on line....I tried today and my computer worked...I"M BACK!!!!!

LOL, sounds like me! I'm gonna try to be strong until Thanksgiving and then I'm gonna still watch my carbs... just not count every little freggin' ounce, ya know??
