Boy did I sleep yesterday- I needed it- 9 hours is a big deal when you consider I work full time and have 2 kids in grade school and a husband- I fell asleep watching tv of all things, in bed at 8:30 back to sleep at 9- that is just amazing- LOL I didn't eat well yesterday and I think that is part of my gain- I didn't cook dinner so I ate like crap when I got home. I will get off my butt again tonight and get back to the schedule.
