I don't seem to have any problems motivating others, but myself is another story. Just can't figure out what I am doing wrong. It all comes back to my intake of points. While I make sure I stay within my daily points, I don't go over. Not once. I am sure that is it, I am not eating enough. But that has always been my problem, not eating enought or maybe eating the wrong things.
