Thankfully, this particular plateau was only 7 days long. I dropped 4 lbs since yesterday's weigh-in, making my current loss at 24 lbs. in five (5) weeks. This is not to say I won't stall again, but this goes to show the being patient on this diet is key.
Tomorrow, Super Bowl Sunday will be my first real challenge, as I will be bartending at a party of 300 people, where the food and drink will be very abundant...not to mention at least 50 choices of decadent desserts. I told myself that for every 20lbs. lost, I would have one day of cheating, up to 2000 calories, no matter what the food.
That said, I am worried, that if I take an inch, it will be a yard, or entire football field. I have worked very hard to come so far in such a short time. I am prayerful, that I will make the right choices tomorrow...
