I DREAD TOMORROW! Ack! I host a big super bowl party every year! Deviled eggs, bean dip, fried wings, who knows what my friends will show up with!!!!! I think I'll starve myself all morning, I don't know.
The worst - where do the leftovers end up? Why do you think I like having get-togethers? I love leftovers, but not anymore!!!

Eat a low calorie high protein breakfast such as eggs. Have a small salad with protein at lunch. Get in some exercise. Then when it's time for the party, take a plate and tell yourself you will only get 1 plate. Choose the foods that you want the most (not the stuff you have all the time). I always make a veggie/dip tray. Deviled eggs are actually good in the calorie department. Drink some water in between alcoholic drinks. You may not adhere to your plan strictly, but you may be able to do minimal damage to the scale. Have fun!

I hear you, I do the same but Just send people home with the left overs. That's what i would do because other wise i end up eating it lol... I don't like foord to waste so i eat it. so try sending your friends home with left overs... good luck and have fun tomorrow.
