At yesterday's meeting, my leader made a list of Thanksgiving foods and their points values and reminded us that we have a choice about what we use our points on. I tend to try a little bit of everything on the table at Thanksgiving, but I realized that it doesn't make sense to eat anything that I don't absolutely love. I'd much rather have 6-points worth of pumpkin pie than stuffing. So skip the stuffing (or whatever you won't miss) and enjoy what you really love.
