Weighed in a day early. Lost 5 lbs since last Thursday. Yes! I must say, snow cleansing is a great form of exercise. Not sure I would have hit 5 lbs without it. Generally, I stayed true to my diet. Yesterday, however, due to some incredible stress, I treated myself to a Whopper with cheese (but no fries),and last night a neighbor gave me a platter of brownies as thanks for helping to clear her snow, from which I ate one and gave the rest to the kids. Other than that, except for my "free night" last Thursday, I kept to my diet plan for the entire week. I know I will be unable to keep losing weight at a rate of 5 lbs per week much longer, but such weight loss the past few weeks have me really motivated towards meeting my goal -- 100 lbs by mid to late summer.
