After carefully re-thinking everything I ate on Sunday, while I was telling myself I did not cheat, that was true technically. However, after remembering to count the 10 glasses of water with lemon, that really added up, the tomatoes in the guacamole, added up, it was just some really tiny things that I overlooked and didn't log...however, they added up to a 5 lb gain. I am still up, and for the last two days, I could not blame water weight, even with the sodium intake, but today, I have serious dimple edema [simple test for water weight], so I am hopeful with a water flush, that some of the recently gained weight will come off...well, as long as I watch what I am eating...too many carbs, and too much sodium...diet soda is loaded...
I went more than 38 days without a gain, or a cheat, so this was frustrating. I was happy to discover that it was over carbing although unintional instead of a mystery gain. In the future, I won't add lemon to my water anymore, and I will stop eating foods I didn't make, so I know the exact content...guessing screwed me over...big time, even me, "Ms. I am so experienced". That's why this site is so amazing...we can all find comfort from someone else's support. Even me, "Ms. I am so experienced"
