Aside of the headache (which could very well be caused by the stress of my job) - I feel pretty decent. Usually start getting hungry in the afternoon about 4 or so - a bottle of water helps that some, but starting the day so early (up by 5:30) is probably a bigger culprit since I still drink coffee in the AM - not sure the Almonds are cutting it...
I snuck a peak at the scale this morning and like what I saw - took face pic last night since I forgot to do that earlier in the week.
