When I got on the scale today is said 149.4 wow really- weighed again to confirm- then I went back to bed for a while- when I got up to go to work it was back at 150.4- ?? how does that all happen? it is amazing what the body can do- so I guess from now on I will just stay up and work out instead of being lazy and going back to bed- guess I learned my lesson- LOL
