No more BEEF! I pay for it so bad- not worth it- I am not a vegetarian but the hamburger I had yesterday for lunch is still making me not feel 100% - I just have to say no more- think my husband is on board with it too- he is the kind of guy that could sit down and eat a whole cow at one time in his life- but think we are both getting older and notice how it actually makes us feel- so watch out chickens- here we come

There was a time when I ate mainly fish and chicken - pork or beef was reserved for small qtys like in a stir fry. When I would go overboard and eat a larger quantity like a burger or a steak i would feel horrible! I called it a beef hangover. Except sleep, aspirin and a bloody mary didn't help.
