Here i weight myself today and scale read 200lbs am so happy about that!!! I feel so good about that and am on my way to my first stop!! which is 199 lbs!!! Second stop is in July, goal then would be 175/170 lbs. Can anybody hear me??? Am doing it!! I will succeed!!! I am worth it!!! I will be healthier !!! Marching right on.......!!!!
