Yesterday is probably the first time I ate anything that I consider unhealthy. I had a hard time figuring out what the calorie content of my spaghetti sauce/half cup. I also caved in and ate 2 pieces of bacon. But there was conflict between sources for what the point value was - I went with the package value (which were considerably higher), but I'm guessing the discrepancy is that crispy bacon loses alot when its cooked. I did manage to convince everyone to eat whole wheat pasta - and I didn't hear any complaints about excessive flatulance later. So, maybe it'll gain in popularity and decrease the frequency that egg noodles appear.

My real act of evil was 1/10 of a small cheese cake (200 cal, 13 g fat, 0.5 g fibre). However, had I not been dieting I would have eaten a great deal more. At least it was incredibly delicious, so I don't feel like those points were wasted, but oi... not something one can eat often.
