Today is day 2 of no sweeteners. No Stevia. Nothing. It actually isn't as hard as I thought it would be. I am planning on trying to do another Whole30 (a low carb version) starting June 5th. I failed miserably last time but this time I am planning and researching to make sure I can do this successfully this time!

No sweeteners for a little while. If I really get a sweet tooth I'll get some berries but so far I haven't had any cravings. Even after this I'll probably cut back a lot because I do use a lot of Stevia and Truvia.

That is awesome... outside f alcohol. My diet is sugar/carb free. Would have to cut out not only the alcohol but the fruit... I have 28 lbs left, which I know will be the hardest to loose.... when are you starting?

Good luck, You can do it!!! I tried to lose weight before and after three days I was eating as before , now I am sure what I want and when I want to try something new I do not longer wait for a Monday morning to start

Thank you everyone! I am starting the 5th. It's the day after my birthday. 😊 I plan on cutting out sweeteners this week and dairy next week. So when the 5th comes I won't be cutting everything out at once.
