Yesterday, I had a health evaluation done. I was delighted that my cholesterol was at 117, the lowest its been in years. Also my blood pressure was 126/76 again a drop from what it usually register. My BMI is still too high, but the real problem is that I'm just too short! But since I can't change my height, I guess I'll just have to loose more weight.
