Now I know where i am doing wrong. For a complete week i was on 1000kcal diet (as opposed to 2400kcal diet) and was active. on friday, during the late night movie show a small mistake (due to habbit) ordered a Nachos and a popcorn (salted not caramel), shot my kCal intake to 1000.
Now what's my mistake. Temptation to have something while watching a movie. Control that, i control my diet to a major extent to reduce.
Yes as a nutritionist you would say having 1000kCal is a starving diet, but for me, I know the body perfectly. If i don't do this, Nothing shakes up.
