New day. Yoga tonight. I'm looking forward to this class. I got a new student package where it's 3 classes for $30. Then I have to decide on a package. I don't have a whole lot of money, so it's going to have to be a bit more economical. I guess I'll figure it out. It's a little on the expensive side, so I'm going to really have to commit. Right now I can only go once a week, so I'm thinking classes rather than unlimited months would be a better choice.

Well, I didn't smoke yesterday! YAY! I chewed a heck of a lot of gum though. And I didn't drink any soda. I've replaced with Diet Snapple iced tea though, which I'm sure is just replacing one evil with another. I know the carbonation in soda isn't the best for you, and that's why you'll drop some weight when you take it out of your diet. I guess I'm going to have to start getting those Crystal Light pour in drink flavors because if the Diet Snapple isn't going to help either then I don't know.

I'm sorry I've been so cranky lately, I'm trying to snap out of it. I need to get some tests done, medically, and I think once I get those results back I'll be back to my old self, or have even more to worry about. Let's hope for the former.

Great job on joining Yoga. I hope you work things out and get to join, I know this whole diet thing can get expensive -but its all worth it. Whats this? You are kicking 2 bad habits, GREAT for you! diet snapple is a great trade in for soda! Its a stepping stone, later you'll chose water over the snapple. Your chart looks great, awesome job w/ weightloss!!

Do you belong to a gym? If not, why don't you join WoW?? They have yoga classes, and a whole bunch of other classes as well. They are all free with your membership. Plus you get the gym to use whenever you want, and they also have a sauna, racquetball room, and basket ball. Plus a bunch of hot guys walking around! How can you go wrong?!?!?

I don't belong to a gym. I used belong to NYSC, but it was so expensive. I feel like WoW is expensive, too. And the closest one to me is the one in Menlo Park Mall, which would turn into a work out and a shopping spree.

LOL, that is true - Why in the world would they put it in the mall??? But financially speaking, your spending $30 on the yoga alone, and you could be spending that or less per month at the gym, and still get the yoga with other classes on top. Just a thought.

Have a great time at yoga! I love it. Even if Momo says that makes me an old person... lol. I used to work at Menlo Park Mall in college... spent all my money on clothes. Those were the days...

No sweat! We all have our down moments.. you snap back to it soon.. The pour drinks are not that bad.. Some of them taste like kool-aid.. Which i like.. Have fun yoga-ing.. I need to try that!

congrats on the yoga and sticking with the no smoking! you're doing a great job alli, and i feel like smoking is one of the hardest habits to kick. and ur not being cranky at all! i love reading ur entries! :)
