Ok all.. I DID IT! I walked my 10+ 1 minutes today,WOOO HOOOO!.
I have figured out that I am addicted to my computer...Soooo...... I have decided that I must walk my 10 minutes before I am aloud on the computer. I am sure this will encourage me a bunch.

great job..i also am a computer addict..dang bingo sites.. anyways tahts what i do..i work out before that computer even goes on..makes the computer like a reward...keep up the great work!

good idea. I know that I sort of promised exercise to some people out here based on my goals and simply paying them back has added 180 minutes (3, 1 hour workouts) to my program this week. It is nice motivation to take what would have been a 30-40 minute workout to a 60 minute one. Or in your case as you build up, maybe a 15 or 20 minute workout. An idea when you're ready!
