So I'm looking at the BMI caculator and entering my stats, and as I expected, I'm currently obese at 163.2 lbs and 5'2, but I'm closer to the border of overweight than I was a month ago when I was 172 lbs! It's the little accomplishments that keeps me encouraged sometimes.

I endulged a bit this weekend, ate a small piece of cake and drank a couple of heinekans at a birthday party. Luckly there is more time for me to hit the gym on the weekends, so I worked in 3 hours of Jillian Michaels circuit routine between Saturday and Sunday. It seemed to pay off when I stepped on the scale, I actually lost a fraction of weight.
