I tried the Special K Protein water today (lemon flavor). It wasn't bad for 50 calories. I think I like Crystal Light better, though. I find that I'm avoiding mirrors. When I saw myself in the window of Panera yesterday, it make me upset. I will have to get to the point of liking my body. I think that's the key to being good to yourself and being at peace with who you are bodywise.

Thanks for the comment....I have had the Special K water and it is okay...but I think i am with you crystal light is better and cheaper...have a good day...
