so today, i've had a think about my goals for my weight and i think that maybe i jumped into the deep end a little. i've changed my goal weight from 124 lb to 214, meaning i'm setting small goals of 10-20 lb at first, then as my diet and exercise become part of my daily routine increasing the goals.
on another note, today has been a relatively good day, i'm only at 55% of my rda (i've yet to have my dinner) and i've burned 500cals at the gym. i was a little bit naughty and had a kitkat from the vending machine before my workout, i MUST remember to start packing fruit in my bag! i've decided to gradually increase my workout, by 50-100cals per visit, as this time last week 500cals seemed impossible, but i managed it today. all in all, a good day!
