Good day. Second day back from doing lots of traveling/driving. Managed to get enough exercise relative to calories and since we had a guest more talking than eating. Below a fine walk in Armstrong Woods and up to a 1100 ft viewpoint with Miyoko and Miyako. It’s so great to be with people who appreciate nature. Good night.
