I'm new to Fathead dough and I'm angry I didn't give it a shot earlier. This is a low carb dough and filled mine with broccoli, Cauliflower, cheese and pepperoni. Basically like an Adult Hot pocket or Calzone. I am shocked at how good this is!!!

Emily, keep up the Great work, I made the keto bread and added lemon zest and stevia, the cauliflower ( potato ) salad spicy now I will experiment with this,let me know if you ever come up with a good Keto ice cream, been experimenting on that but no luck , with a yummy one

DO N OK, you should try Dr. Eric Berg`s ice cream. I haven`t tried it but it looked really good.

@Do N Ok - I bought some Heavy Whipping Cream to give ice cream a shot but I'm super nervous I'll make a disaster. But, when I do try.. I'll make sure to let everyone know. I bought some Artic Zero low sugar ice cream... it belonged in the trash!!! 😂😂😂

Have you tried cauliflower rice or mashed potatoes? It really a texture thing, and butter. Shepherd's pie casseroles are pretty great with it

Beautiful! Yes- fathead is the bomb. Too much cheese makes me stall so I use it sparingly but that's just awesome that it works for you. Opens LOTS of possibilities! You can make good crackers with that dough too. We made a giant pizza once with it and we're floored at how good it was! 👍
