Well, I think I'm starting to slip a bit. I get into trouble because I have a bunch of points left at the end of the day so I try to use them up - but then I find that I'm over. I guess its okay to use your flex points (I'm not running out of those, but I feel like I'm cheating if I use any of them...) I guess that is psychological. I guess today I should have picked between the apple crisp and the ice cream or saved some of it for tomorrow... it was like 11 pts.) So I'm down 5 for the day... and I replaced real food with non food...and for no particular reason.
