Gained .4 lb, that's OK, summer is hard to deal with! We were taken out to Mandarin (buffet) for dinner on Monday night, tonight is hubby's birthday dinner at a swanky restaurant, there always seems to be something! But I get right back onto my meal plan, and don't punish myself for anything. Also I have started at the gym, which always seems to add weight for me, but. . .my tummy is disappearing! So all good!
