I feel good about this loss. My father took my brothers and me and our spouses to Branson for a family blow-out. I was careful and made wise choices. I brought healthy snacks like fruit and yogurt, which I think helped save me. It seems like all we did was eat on this trip, but we also walked around a great deal. Have a great week, my friends.
