Hey we all have days like that. Sometimes a couple, that's what keeps us human. The point is, to get back up on the saddle and and keep on riding. Myself, I had an 'off' weekend' and as a result, lost nothing. I'm back at it today and hopefully it's it'll be a better result at the end of this week. Go Us!!
