I just recently lowered my calorie limit to 1600, and I can't keep it! I cannot no matter how hard i try get under 1600 calories in a day! In fact, i've been snacking more now than ever. WTF. My weight bounced up a couple of lbs after a snackaholic weekend. grrr.

I empathize...I'm having trouble sticking to a 1200 calorie limit, I seem to keep eating 1400. I also had a bad eating weekend (well 4 days really) since I was on vacation but I'm desperately trying to get back to my 1200 limit. Maybe your subconscious is rebelling since you know you have to eat 1600 cals. It's like self-sabotage...I think we all do it sometimes.
