i just totally binged. ugh. i'm so upset, so frustrated. i weighed myself today and i was 158 again...i had a bad weekend, sure, but to gain 8 pounds since friday? i skipped working out 2 days and this is what happens. some of it may be water weight but it's frustrating. it's so, so frustrating. i don't wanna play anymore.
