i just totally binged. ugh. i'm so upset, so frustrated. i weighed myself today and i was 158 again...i had a bad weekend, sure, but to gain 8 pounds since friday? i skipped working out 2 days and this is what happens. some of it may be water weight but it's frustrating. it's so, so frustrating. i don't wanna play anymore.

I'm sure some of that is water weigh too. But that does suck! I have done it myself and it's hard. I just get back on plan and keep going. Weekends are my hardest. Get plenty of water. Get back to exercising. Sounds like your body may retain water very easily too. You can do this.
