This has been a really rough week. There is a lot of family stuff going on right now and for me, work was very stressful this week. Totally lost sight of my goals for myself. Gave into temptation, have wicked PMS and feel like I have been on an emotional roller coaster all week. I am finally feeling a little more like myself today and am happy about it. It's a snow day from school and a kick-off to the weekend. I have a To-Do List from here to next summer but I'm feeling good about checking off one thing at a time. Decided since I have had such a poor eating week I'd try a "low" day. Unfortunately, I know my body well enough that I can't fast all day, that my blood sugar will be too low and I'll have a pounding headache with some extreme dizziness if I don't eat. So, I had oatmeal for breakfast, drinking a TON of water, planning on a HUGE salad with just vegetables for lunch and cooked peppers and onions for dinner. Cutting out the carbs for the day and trying very hard to keep it light. Still think I'll probably gain tomorrow but I'm going to keep trying, going to keep working at this and I WILL NOT HAVE A WEAK-END.

Your meal plan sounds great! Good for you being tough against all this rough stuff going on in your life. You can do it. :)
