Woohoo! I lost 3.8 this week and even allowed myself some meals out (within reason). I was dumbfounded when they wrote down my total loss so far as 67.7 pounds. I was hoping for 65 when I went for weigh in but was thrilled with the 67.7. My goal is to reach 70 pounds gone before New Years and actually be in the 350's.
