I know I have shown a gain, but I have been hanging off weighing in, so that I can go back down a little, (just couldn't bring myself to showing a bigger gain than I had to !!) So I have been really good the last week or so & it's paid off.

I know what you mean. I did so well a couple of weeks ago. Even was on the biggest loser board with 4.4 pounds lost but then gained a bunch of it back. December is just a time of year where we have to take it day by day and not beat ourselves up. WE can do it!
