Was in Atlanta from THU through TUE helping get Jack into (5) day respite care at Altus. Missed losts of meals. Did eat any crap (Krispy Kremes, Chick-fil-a, etc.). Kept up with cereal breakfast and salad lunches. Yesterday, I had a chili-dog at the airport. And upon arrival back home I had several sandwich cookies. No exercise. Depressed. Don't feel like going to Chisel today, but will try.
