This damned scale. GRRRR.

It's stuck. For two weeks. NO MOVEMENT!

Going to put my nose to the grind this week and kill it. Second triathlon upcoming next Sunday. I'm worried. But whats the point of setting a goal you know you can achieve. There's no challenge in that. The plan this week will involve cycling three times this week (Monday-Wed-Friday mornings) Will also run Mon(5), Wed(3), Thurs(5), Friday(3) in the evenings. I'm going to shoot for 10K steps each day. This is kinda tough because cycling doesn't add anything to my daily step count so that 10K steps in addition to cycling.

Food Plan: Still plant-based. Fruits and veggies with some beans, seeds and nuts to make me fill full. I'm still not pre-baby weight and he's 2! GAH! I'm just gonna keep on swimming.
