Wow, up 6 lbs in a few days! Two cheat days in a row, mainly because of Easter.
I knew and planned for one, which was Friday when we were going wakeboarding and having a BBQ after. We actually hit a submerged rock with the boat, bending the prop and losing the rudder. So we had a day of adventure, and not much fun! The food was good though. Sadly the boat will be down. Getting ready to go tow it and pull it out of the water. Gotta help my friend out (the boat owner).
Darn, I wanted to be at an all time low when wifey returns (Weds). Maybe I still can be, we will see what the next few days bring.
Yesterday was more of a traditional easter dinner day, which they do here on Saturday because of the psuedo middle-east weekend (Fri-Sat). There was another cookout, with beer, candy, ribs, and the amazing banana pudding from hell!! Anyway, it is all good, I enjoyed it.
I did a 7 mile bike ride yesterday morning in about 40 minutes. The intensity level was much higher than my walks. I have much more soreness. It was only 300 calories though. The weather was nice, and my achilles feels much better after biking than walking.
