Well, you were doing pretty good there for a while in February. The first thing you need to ask yourself is are you being honest about the food you are eating. Have you been on plan 100%? Are you going on and off plan all the time or only doing it half way? Take out your materials and read week 1 again. Get yourself motivated. Plan out your week. Tell yourself you will be 100% on plan this week. Get in your water, fruits, veggies, lean protein, dairy, etc. Plan some exercise a few times this week (walking is great if you can). Give it a week and see what happens. When you get to 5 pounds, buy yourself a nonfood item that you would enjoy. Many times our not losing is because we kind of slack off from doing what we are supposed to do. Good luck!
